PZQ Catalyst Search
Praziquantel (PZQ) is currently the only treatment for Schistosomiasis - an infectious disease affecting over 200 million people world wide. The PZQ molecule comes in left and righted forms (enantiomers). This project aims to develop tool to accelerate the screening process for relevant catalysts to produce a treatment with only the medically active enantiomer.
